ABOUT ME

I am grateful for the opportunity to connect with and be of service to you.

I believe in the transformative power of self-care as the foundation for nurturing and supporting others. In today's ever-changing world, I understand the importance of showing up with the energies that are most needed—spreading peace, love, and compassion.

I am drawn to sharing the importance of healing and empowering the individual as a whole; body, mind, and spirit. By doing this, we can both heal individually and support our collective consciousness.

I was born in southern India to a deeply spiritual family where I grew up with yoga and meditation. After moving to New York, I founded Wholistic Care, a Reiki, Yoga Therapy, meditation and empowerment coaching center. At Wholistic Care, in addition to my private clients, I was affiliated with Alice Hyde Medical Center, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center and Adirondack Medical Center, who sponsored me to see their patients in my center and in their hospitals. I moved to Marin to be closer to family, where I continue my wholehearted commitment to service and healing.

I have led numerous workshops, classes and retreats. I am a certified Reiki Master (Usui lineage), certified empowerment life coach, certified international Yoga Therapist, and certified meditation teacher.
